30-day Risk-Free Guarantee

At CalmWay®, we understand that shopping online can sometimes feel uncertain, and we want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we proudly offer our Risk-Free Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  simply send the remaining product back to us within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

Once you place your order, your 30-day Risk-Free Guarantee begins on the day it is delivered; this gives you ample time to try our products and see how they work for you. If something isn’t quite right, requesting a return is straightforward. Simply email us your request at support@calmway.com.

All returns valued at $300 or more are subject to a 20% processing fee. Refunds are limited to one per product. If multiple products were ordered, the remaining products must be returned unopened for a full refund. You can get one refund per product. The others must be returned unopened for a full refund if you ordered several products. You should receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the product.

CalmWay reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits for orders exhibiting fraudulent behavior.

General Return Policy (All Customers)

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. You may return products from your first order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the shipping fee. We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. European Union 14-day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
